I made these for my friend's 4 year old daughter's birthday. They represent all that is good with the world!

I forgot to mention that the party girl's cupcakes were vanilla with cream cheese frosting. Well, the recipe for the cream cheese goodness made a whole truckload of frosting. What to do? I made up some carrot/walnut/raisin/coconut cupcakes to use it on. My family quite enjoyed them.
